1 General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between the bg333 platform and its users ("Members"). By accessing the bg333 website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

bg333 is a secure and reliable online entertainment platform that applies SSL encryption and fair play policies. The platform operates for users in Bangladesh and all transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

These Terms have been prepared in English and in the event of any dispute or interpretation, this version shall be considered final. New members are encouraged to read these Terms carefully, and if anything is unclear, please contact our support team.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To participate on the bg333 platform, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Creating an account as a minor is strictly prohibited. 21+ Documents may be requested at any time for the purpose of age verification.

2.2 One Account Rule

Each individual may create only one account. If multiple accounts are detected belonging to the same person, all accounts may be cancelled and balances forfeited.

2.3 Registration Information

All information provided during account registration must be accurate, truthful, and complete. Creating an account with false information is a breach of this agreement, and bg333 reserves the right to cancel any such account at any time.

• Name, date of birth, and contact details must be accurate.
• The payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) must match the name registered on the account.
• If any information needs to be changed, a request must be submitted through the support team.

3 Account Security

The security of your account password and login credentials is entirely your responsibility. bg333 will never ask for your password via email or message.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately via live chat.
• If you log in from a shared or public device, make sure to log out at the end of the session.

bg333 will not be held liable for any activity carried out on your account by a third party, unless it is proven that the incident occurred due to a fault in bg333's own systems.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit

Three payment methods are currently accepted for depositing funds at bg333: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka). Each transaction is generally credited to the account instantly.

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (for each method)

• Funds sent via any other method will not be accepted and a refund cannot be guaranteed.
• Keep the transaction reference when making a deposit.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). After verification, withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

• Withdrawal requests will only be sent to the mobile number registered on the account.

Bonus-related funds cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met. Withdrawals may be delayed if verification is incomplete or if there is any issue with the account.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 200% bonus is available on your first deposit at bg333, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳2,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳3,000; depositing ৳16,000 gives you the maximum ৳15,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳31,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times. This requirement applies only to the bonus amount — not to the original deposit. Example: receiving a ৳2,000 bonus means you must complete bets worth ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000, after which the winnings from the bonus will be withdrawable.

• A bonus may only be usable on specific games — the detailed terms for each offer will be stated separately.
• Once a bonus has been credited to the account, it must be used within a specified time limit.
• bg333 reserves the right to change bonus terms.
• A promotional offer may only be used once.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the offer may be cancelled.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

bg333 offers sports betting, casino games, slot machines, and live gaming services. Separate rules may apply for each game category.

6.1 Betting Limits

A minimum and maximum bet amount is set for each game or event and is displayed in the game interface. bg333 reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

6.2 Results & Disputes

For sports betting, the results announced by the relevant tournament authority (ICC, FIFA, BPL, etc.) will be considered final. If a game remains incomplete due to a technical error, bg333 will assess the situation and make a decision.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to server downtime, network issues, or any other technical reason, bg333 will provide a reasonable resolution. Participating in games using illegal code, software, or automation tools is strictly prohibited.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities violates bg333's terms of use and may result in immediate account cancellation:

• Creating or operating an account while being a minor.
• Creating multiple accounts or managing another person's account.
• Cheating or manipulating the bonus system.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other members' accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities.
• Operating an account using a false identity or someone else's identity.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Threatening or harassing other members.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by bg333

bg333 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account due to a breach of terms, suspected fraud, or any other reasonable cause. The member will be notified by email in such cases.

8.2 Closure by the Member

You may close your account at any time of your own choosing. This request can be made by contacting the support team via live chat or email. The available balance may be withdrawn before account closure, subject to full completion of any wagering requirements.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If an account remains inactive for an extended period, a maintenance fee may apply. The member will be notified in advance by email.

9 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

• Loss occurring in circumstances beyond bg333's control.

However, bg333 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any loss caused by its own technical faults.

12 Changes to Terms

bg333 reserves the right to partially or fully change these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through a platform notification.

Continuing to use the platform after changes have been made will be taken as your agreement to the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, the option to close your account will always remain available.

The date of the latest update will always be visible at the top of this page. Previous versions of the Terms are not archived; only the current version is in effect.
